Executive Assistant
Company is currently looking to add an exceptional executive assistant to our team. This is an ideal work from home position for an experienced administrative professional.
Candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Proficiency with HTML and have basic web design skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (2003 or 2007) Skills (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Familiarity with Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Computer and Internet Savvy
- Available to work during regular business hours (i.e. not nights and weekends only)
- At least 2 years Experience Providing Executive Level Administrative Support
- Reliable
- Pleasant Speaking Voice
- Professional Attitude
- Organized
- Able to Multi-task
- Home office set up including; Computer w/ high speed internet connection, printer and scanner, telephone
- Computer must be equipped with Microsoft Office 2003 or 2007 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access.)
Location: Work from home
Compensation: Starts at $16 per hour and increases to $18-$20 per hour based on performance.
