Field Nurse Case Manager

Company is seeking case managers to work from home throughout California and Nevada. Candidate will coordinate medical services and professionally communicate with all parties. Candidate will also provide prompt service and reporting. Case managers are service facilitators who must work ethically with our customers and the injured workers they serve.

Candidate must possess the following qualities:
-Must be highly competent
-Must be extremely caring
-Must have good judgment
-Must be prompt
-Must have excellent interpersonal skills and phone demeanor
-Must be able to work independently
-Must be computer literate
-Must be willing to drive/travel 20-30% of your time
 
Candidate must have the following:
-AA or Bachelors Degree in Nursing
-Must be a registered nurse with current valid state licensure and drivers license
 
Bonus skills:
-Advanced Degree and/or certification preferred
-Two years nursing and worker's compensation related case management experience preferred
-CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, COHN, CIRS a plus
-Bilingual a plus
