Consultant Media Research Analysts

Public Relations/Affairs Network has an opportunity available for a Media Research Analyst to work the night shift from 10:15pm EST to 4:15am EST Sun-Thurs. Candidate will monitor and research media from newspapers, television, radio, online news, and blogs and prepare a compilation to be sent to company editors by 4:15am EST.

• Must possess 2-4 years of verifiable experience in media analysis, communications, international affairs, market research, or related
• Must have the ability to read and identify articles based on predefined information, and the ability to be trained and gain expertise at utilizing company specific software
• Must have knowledge of current political affairs/defense related topics and be able to work under strict deadlines
• Must possess a BA or BS from an accredited university
• Must be able to meet in Washington DC office occasionally
