Level 1 Technical Support Associates
Business processing outsourcing company is seeking technical support associate to work from home handling technical support calls representing our clients’ customers and providing Level 1 technical assistance. Candidates would also interact with customers via inbound calls for the purpose of providing assistance to customers that are setting up home networks and accessing the Internet.
Candidates should posses the following qualifications:
- Professional friendly demeanor with a strong desire to deliver the best possible customer service
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation
- Dependable, proficient and high attention to detail
- Good listening skills and ability to respond to unscripted issues
- Troubleshooting/problem-solving experience preferred
- Willingness to rotate shifts, as needed
- Ability to learn complex/continually changing materials in a group environment
- Must have at least a High School Diploma or GED

Compensation: $8.50 - $10.00 /hr
