Customer Support Representative
Professional company is seeking part-time customer support representatives to provide customer service and handle customer questions and requests. This is a work from home position, but you must be able to attend bi-weekly team meetings held in Durham, NC.
Ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Excellent customer service skills including excellent written communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of customer emails and effectively manage client questions and requests via a web-based support system.
- Bachelor's degree is required
Bonus Skills:
-Fluency in Chinese, Portuguese, and/or Spanish is a plus.
Location: Work from home/Durham, NC
Compensation: $14/hr
