Health Writer

Magazine group is looking for a writer to write for our health magazine in the Morris area. This is a work from home position, but you must know the Morris area well to develop local angles and write several location specific short stories based on assignments from the editorial staff.

Candidates other responsibilities:
- Need to make contacts within the local health community to conduct interviews and gather information
- Responsible for gathering and writing a list of monthly health and lifestyle events in the community for a Calendar section.

Candidates must have the following experience:
- Must have working knowledge of AP Style
- Must have the ability to meet deadlines monthly
- Must live in the Morris area.

Bonus skills:
- Previous experience writing for a health-related publication

Location: Work from home/Morris, NJ
Compensation: Assignments will vary and pay will vary based on assignment (up to $225 monthly)
