Web Developer

Company is looking for a web developer to help build the back end technology to develop professional web sites or other digital solutions on a per project basis. This is a telecommute position, but occasional meetings might be required in the Michiana area.

Responsibilities include:
- Transform visual mock-ups into live online web pages, banners, etc.
- Work closely as a team player with account manager and client and provide work within deadlines.
- Create all presentations internally and to client with professionalism and visual integrityTM.
- Use technical expertise, research and problem-solving to meet client needs.
- Work from home with own computer and software with occasional in-person meetings in the Michiana area.

Ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Must have the technical capabilities to produce professional, functional, customized web pages and other online or digital materials such as banners, mailings, surveys and more
- Must also have strong communication skills with an ability to find solutions to problems in a timely manner.
- Sites must be created to work with compatibility issues with most browsers and within a PC and Mac environment.
- Must have Dreamweaver and Flash proficiency as well as other Adobe CS products.
- Must understand and build pages with proven SEO techniques and prove their understanding of these techniques with examples.
- Knowledge of cutting edge technology tools and social media is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow is a valued asset.
