Marketing Web Designer

Growing company that deals with Internet marketing with small businesses is looking for someone that can work from home. Candidate also must be someone that can adapt to different industries and work with the client that is presented to you. You will need to keep the technical execution of the site in mind as you translate the client’s vision. You will need to have an intuitive sense of color, navigation and space. Candidate will need to be able to quickly change a website based on specifications, design mockups, make coding edits, and work within a deadline to develop and maintain great websites.

Ideal candidate must possess the following:
- Experience with web site development and graphic design, with a knowledge in both front end and back end web design.
- Strict attention to detail and be highly organized.
- Great eye for design and conversion. Y
- Ability to hand-code a well-formed HTML and CSS, and create liquid, tableless layout.
- Must have a strong understanding in HTML, XML, XHTML and DHTML.
- Must have a good working knowledge of JavaScript.
- Must have detailed experience in designing web user interfaces, using PhotoShop or other graphic software.
- Must be able to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Must have an understanding of content management systems (experience with Joomla! a plus)
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have an independent and disciplined work ethic and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision
- Must be able to multitask
- 2+ years experience in web development and graphic design
Bonus skills:
- Familiarity with other languages such as PHP, ASP, JavaScript.

Location: Work from home
Compensation: $15 - $20/hr
