Creative Web/Graphic Designer

Consulting firm is seeking a freelancer who is a creative thinker with originality, imaginative flair and a working knowledge of graphic design and web design. Candidate must be confident in translating expressed needs and ideas into concepts and designs that effectively communicate the desired message. Projects cover a wide range including but not limited to branding and identity packages, brochures, advertising campaigns, and websites. This is a telecommute position.

Candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Graphic Design degree preferred
- Three years minimum experience in the industry

Candidate must possess the following skills
-  Proficient with Macintosh OSX and/or Windows operating systems
- Software: Print designer should be proficient in Quark Xpress and/or InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Software: Web designer should be proficient in Photoshop, Fireworks & Dreamweaver (Macromedia Studio), Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); Flash & osCommerce preferred.
- Languages: Web designer and/or programmer should be fluent in HTML, JavaScript, XHTML, CSS, Web Standards approach to development and integration with PHP, ASP, AJAX, JavaScript
- Print designer should have good knowledge of pre-press and printing processes
- Excellent graphic, verbal and written skills
