Media/Social Media Interns
Non-profit foundation seeks extremely passionate new media/social media expert Interns, bent on making the Nation's Jobs Program succeed. You will help implement an effective national, regional and local new/social media camp. This is a unique opportunity to help improve the Nation’s economy, and make a difference in the lives of a million unemployed, underemployed, and recent graduates and their families. You may work from home or our office in Alexandria, VA.
Ideal candidate must possess the following qualities:
- Must be very creative and extremely passionate about helping the jobseekers and in making a difference.
- Must have demonstrated knowledge of and contacts with all forms of new and social media (Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, MySpace, Blogs etc.) and ability to figure out how to use them effectively.
Location: Work from home/Alexandra, VA
COMPENSATION: A monthly stipend of $500 for full time or $250 for half time plus bonus incentive. Selected candidates will also receive 5 IDs worth $10,000 (for friends and family) giving 24x7 unlimited access to 3,000 high quality Web-based online IT, Business and TestPrep (SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT) courses including 60 certifications in Microsoft, Adobe, Cisco, Oracle, CompTia, Project Management, Web Design etc.
