Quality Assurance Manager

Telecommunications company is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager. You will be able to work from home most of the time but we will ask you to come in our offices in Mountain View on occasion.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluating the quality and accuracy of transcriptions.
- Listen to audio recordings (in English) while looking at matching text transcriptions and evaluating the accuracy of the text based on a grading system we have devised.

Requirements:
- Excellent English skills (you will be evaluating the accuracy of English transcriptions).
- Sharp and acute sense of hearing (in order to accurately evaluate transcriptions, you must have a very discerning sense of hearing).
- Excellent computer skills as well as a reliable computer and internet access (work will be done on the computer so you must have an intermediate knowledge of Excel and the Internet at the very least).
- You must be located within reasonable distance to Mountain View so you can work from the office if needed.

Location: Work from home/Mountain View, CA
Compensation: $10/hr
