Joomla Expert

Small fisheries and ecological consultant looking for an individual Joomla proto help get over some programming hurdles with our current website. This is a telecommute position, but ideally the candidate will reside in the Sacramento/central valley area.

Ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Well-versed in creating Joomla sites from Photoshop files.
- Be able make updates and revisions on a consistent basis
- Be flexible and available to work with others to create organized, accessible sites that can be updated easily.
- Be skilled at working with and creating templates, modules, components, galleries and implementing other extensions as needed.
- Needs to be able follow direction, but who can also make suggestions on better Joomla solutions for creative content.
- Must be a dedicated problem solver, who can follow-through on a project and make additional revisions/updates as needed.
- Candidate should have an eye for the details

Candidate must be proficient in the following:
- Understanding layered Photoshop files (should be able to slice the templates and optimize the graphics)
- HTML, XML
- CSS
- JavaScript
- PHP
- MySQL
- And any other relevant programming skills to get the job done.
- It's an added bonus too if you have experience with SEO.
