Software Support Representative
Company is seeking a self-motivated, reliable, detail oriented individual to join our team as a Web-based Software Support Representative to work from home.
Primary job responsibilities include:
- Providing technical phone support and customer service to our clients who are mostly nontechnical personnel and who use our web-based Content Management System (CMS) to manage the information on their organization's websites.
- Conduct client training, learn marketing, public relations and corporate communications business processes
- Manage the delivery of new client websites and participate in product development.
- Will be in charge of managing assigned client accounts to ensure that their clients’ needs and concerns are always fully addressed.
Ideal candidate will possess the following requirements:
- Team player with excellent customer service, interpersonal, and training skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English).
- Exceptional computer and internet literacy skills.
- Experience with HTML and general web concepts and designs
- Excellent communication (written and verbal English) and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinker
Nonessential, but Helpful:
- Marketing, PR and corp. comm. industry terms and business operations
- Support and training procedure implementation
- Windows networking and troubleshooting experience
- Project management skills Software development, and deployment activities
Location: Work from home
Compensation: : $2,400 - 2,800/month
