After Hours Technical Support Analyst
Position is available for an After Hours Technical Support Analyst. Candidate will assist customers with applications/services over the phone and online during non-business hours on weeknights and weekends.
- Must possess outstanding communication skills; prior customer service experience; and basic understanding of MS Office Suite
- Must possess the ability to troubleshoot basic Linux and Windows system; and must have knowledge of HL7
- Bonus: VA Vista experience
