IT Specialist, Phone Support
Company is seeking an IT Specialist to provide Phone Support M-F from 8am – 4pm and weekends on a rotating basis. Will assist customer with resolving concerns and troubleshooting.
- Must have at least 2 years experience with Help Desk in a law firm
- Must possess an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or have completed a widely recognized technical school program
- Must have previous experience/success working from home, and previous experience with troubleshooting and desktop applications
- Must be experienced with trouble ticketing system
- Must possess professionalism, exceptional communication, organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills, as well as, the ability to handle confidentiality
- Must gain MS Certified Applications Specialist Certification within 12 months of hire
- Must be willing to travel
