Tax Technology Manager

Company is seeking an experience Tax Technology Manager to support a Mid-Market ADP service line working remotely with clients to deliver implementation services. In addition, this person will support the Tax Technology Division in the delivery of other tax packages. This is a telecommute position.  Some travel around Phoenix is necessary.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures successful project delivery to clients from the start of a project through the implementation phase. This includes managing project plans, maintaining contact lists and issues logs and scheduling and participating in kick-off
- Assists with developing standard implementation approach, templates, documentation and scripts
- Coordinates project activities between ADP, DMA and client
- Assists with the installation of SUT on Windows, UNIX, Linux and AS/400 platforms
- Assists with the development of test plans and test scenarios and expected results
- Assists with creation and maintenance of project tracking SharePoint site

Candidate must possess the following requirements:
- Four year degree (IT, accounting or engineering preferred)
- Five to seven years applicable work experience (including strong project management)
- Strong understanding of Taxware Sales and Use Tax package
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio
- Programming experience in C++ and/or Java a plus
- Proficient in all functions, modules and reports of the ADP Sales & Use Tax System (“SUT”)
- Strong communication skills
- Approximately 30% travel is required
- Valid Driver’s License
