Customer Service Representative
Real Estate Company is seeking an individual for an entry level customer service position. This is a work from home position.
Job responsibilities:
- Submitting on line applications to become an approved vender
- Faxing clients information packages
- Answering phones
- Taking calls from customers
- Other light office duties.
Ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Stable work history - no job hoppers.
- A clean criminal background record
- Work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; no nights or weekends unless you choose.
- Ability to multi task
- Child free work environment 9am-5pm Client must get a professional feel when they are called
System Requirements:
- Modern computer (Windows XP or higher) with high-speed internet connection, VOIP Head Set.
- Fax machine a plus, but not required.
Location: Work from home
Compensation: $10-14/hr
