Hardware Field Technician

Company is looking for a part-time entry-level hardware field technician.  The position requires you to perform PC (laptop and desktop) service calls during the day.  You will have flexible hours because you will work with the customer to schedule the service call.  Calls are usually done Monday-Friday during general business hours.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of IBM & Dell computer equipment
• Must have an A+ Certification (or obtain one within 90 days after employment)
• Vehicle w/ registration & insurance
• Knowledge of/Experience in PC/Laptop repair
• Ability to travel to customer location
• Ability to lift and, or move various computer equipment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and initiate action
• Must pass criminal background and driving investigation

Hours: 30 hours or less a week, training is provided

Compensation: $27 per call plus mileage when applicable

Location: work from home to schedule your calls, Asheville & Surrounding Territory
