Administrative Assistant

Event planning and management company and a marketing agency are seeking an administrative assistant.  This is a work from home position, but occasional meetings in Plano, TX are necessary.

Administrative assistant will be responsible for several different things:
- Managing appointment schedule
- Getting quotes on projects
- Data updates/reporting
- Research
- Answering emails
- Putting together a conference box in our Plano office 1-2 times/month
- Bulk mailing for clients as needed
- Miscellaneous tasks as needed
- Track projects and time online

Administrative assistant will need to have the following skills:
- Must be a proactive individual who does not need a lot of direction.
- Must be detailed and professional
- Must manage tasks in a timely manner
- Must be able to provide us your available schedule in advance
- Must be available to work primarily during the day (some evenings if needed to finish work).
- Must have a computer with Internet access and a cell phone
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and Internet research
- Must have experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Location: Work from home/Plano, TX
Compensation: Less than $10 / hr
