Ophthalmic Call Center Nurse

Opportunity is available for a Part Time Ophthalmic Nurse to work in a call center making calls to glaucoma patients to conduct questionnaires. Must be able to provide extraordinary customer service, be able to educate patients, and respond to patient questions. This is a 2-4 month position beginning late November.  

• Must be a currently licensed as an LPN or RN
• Must have in-depth experience working with glaucoma patients
• Must be empathetic when dealing with patients via phone
• Must be an excellent communicator
• Must be able to multitask, pay close attention to detail, and be self-driven
