Junior Instructional Systems Designer
Company is looking for a Junior Instructional System Designer. The position requires you to support the consulting work with federal agencies and state governments.
Job responsibilities:
You would be designing and developing complex, diverse Instructional Systems Design projects, including paper-based and computer-based formats, using the Instructional Systems Development (ISD) model.
You would also develop instructionally valid training, testing, and post-training evaluation materials by analyzing and interpreting user requirements, technical specifications, application features, and functions to translate them into appropriate training formats.
You must possess the ability to use a formal structured approach to design and develop training materials in various formats, such as for classroom training, computer-based training, e-learning and web-based courses, demonstrations, and presentations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instruction Systems Design or related education field
- minimum of five years experience in ISD, curriculum development and training
- knowledge of standards of accreditation
- Work with FEMA a plus

Location: Mostly offsite in Arlingtion, VA
