Recruiter

Busy insurance agent is seeking a Recruiter to make recruiting calls for them part-time.  Agent is looking to hire several new agents to sell health insurance and doesn't have the time to make the calls to prospective agents. This is a work from home position.

Candidates should have the following skills:
-Good phone voice, preferably with phone sales experience or sales experience in general
- Comfortable with being on the phone for long periods of time
- Driven by commission to simply call a list of names and number and "warm up" a prospective new hire and see if they are interested in the opportunity and then pass that information on to the agent.
- Must have a quiet home office

Location: Work from home
Compensation: $10-12/hr
