Researcher

Company is seeking an experienced researcher for end-to-end evaluation and research projects. This is a work from home position.

Designing, conducting, and disseminating evaluations and research may include any or all of the following tasks:
- Working with stakeholders to define project goals and research/ evaluation needs
- Creating and gaining buy-in on research plans
- Creating and implementing data gathering instruments including surveys, focus group guides, and interview protocols
- Coordinating field-based data collection
- Designing and conducting classroom experiments and observations
- Working with large data sets
- Analyzing and modeling data (quantitative and qualitative) using appropriate methods, including both basic and advanced statistical techniques (SEM, HLM)
- Collaborating with external researchers and other experts
- Creating written reports of results for various audiences
- Presenting results and implications/recommendations to a variety of audiences, including publication and presentation at national and international conferences

Qualifications:
- M.S. plus three years research experience in related field required, Ph.D. preferred,
- Evidence of strong oral and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of spreadsheets, including Excel along with statistical software, such as SPSS and/or SAS
