Web Designer and Programmer

Internet Marketing and Web Development company is looking for a Web Designer and Programmer.  This is a work from home position, but you must be within driving distance to the office in Lancaster.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Communicating with the client on revisions and maintenance
- Project management - working with independent contracts
- Facilitating and working on Internet Marketing and Search Engine Optimization tasks
- General office tasks (phones, running errands, etc.)
- Creating custom WordPress blogs from the open source platform
- Creating email forms using JavaScript to make fields required, etc.
- Coding PSD files using good HTML and CSS techniques
- Website maintenance
- Posting blogs on a monthly basis to existing client blog sites
- Quality Assurance - checking projects to make sure they are correct before the client views them for approval.
- Preparing monthly search engine reports for clients
- Setting up email accounts and server maintenance (we can train for this responsibility).
- Preparing sitemaps and organizational documents for new projects.
- Website design mockup based on client feedback

Candidate must have the following:
- Very good understanding of HTML and CSS
- Ability to work with pre-written PHP and JavaScript code.
- Must be responsible and motivated
- Must be organized and willing to learn
- Must be intelligent and professional
- Must have a very good understanding of website design, basic coding and internet searching

Desired skills:
- Logo design and print design skills
