Senior Web/Graphic Designer

Professional company is seeking a senior level Web/Graphic Designer. This is a telecommute position with occasional meetings in Vienna, VA.

Candidate must have the following skills:
- Ability to create new design concepts, strategies and innovative approaches compatible with the latest browsers
- Understanding of site architecture, data flow and intuitive navigation schemes
- Knowledge of HTML, XHTML, and CSS
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XML/XSL, ASP and standards-based coding a plus
- Expertise in the latest version of Macintosh-based Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high accountability for creative standards
- Minimum of five years experience in design and layout for online, electronic and print corporate identity packages, ads, direct mail pieces, etc.
 
Candidate must have the following education:
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in a related field of study is required
- BA in Graphics or Communications or its equivalent is preferred
