Customer Support Specialist

Company is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to make significant business contributions in a team-oriented, level one, software technical support environment. This person will be responsible for front-line tech supoprt, issue tracking, review and resolution and customer satisfaction. This is a telecommute position.

Essential Duties:
- Answer technical support queries that come in through helpdesk software, phone, and email.
- Research in helpdesk software and other on-line resources to answer questions.
- Qualify and escalate advanced queries to appropriate people.
- Write good answers to common questions.
- Edit, write, and publish some technical documentation in the helpdesk software and on the company website.
- Supports internal, pre-sales, and post-sales customers.

Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability.
- Likeability.
- Ability to learn and grow.
- Strong knowledge of computers, Windows, networking, web-browsers, and basic internet technologies.
- Problem-solving skills.

Location: Telecommute/Austin, TX
