Ruby on Rails Application Support Engineer

Company is seeking a Full Time Ruby on Rails Application Support Engineer to work on a telecommuting basis. Will have a set schedule and the position involves providing exceptional customer service and support. Candidate must have experience building and executing RoR applications, and must have outstanding troubleshooting skills.

• Must have superior communication skills and pay close attention to detail
• Must be skilled in Linux and have expertise in company’s stack technologies
• Must be knowledgeable in DNS, CDN, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, SMTP, SSL, etc
• Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and must be willing to continuously learn
• Must be able to adapt to changes
