Technical Writer (Tech Writer Medical Device)

Company is looking for an experienced Technical Writer (not a doc specialist).  You will be working with another Sr. Technical Writer who is full time and a doc specialist. The position requires you to work in the Service Support Group for Field/Sales/Service Teams providing Hard/Online Technical Documents.

Job Requirements:

• Need to have 2-5+ years working in Word/Office Suite
• Framemaker/Robohelp/Madcap "Flare" a plus
• Need to have Photo manipulation experience
• Content will be research and delivered by other group (Will work on a cross functional basis with many groups)
• Will be writing most Tech Docs from scratch, with occasional rewrite of existing docs.
• Need to have extensive background in DEVELOPING ONLINE HELP Docs/feeds for Medical Device/Scientific Instrumentation/Pharma based devices
• Can come from a Scientific writing background from any Pharma-based companies.
  

Compensation: $35-$45 per hour

Duration: 2-4 months
