Customer Care Supervisor
Full time position is available for a Customer Care Supervisor for an online traffic safety school. Candidate will handle a small team of representatives who assist customers with phone calls and email inquiries. Will also be responsible for managing back office operations; including submitting completion notices to students, courts, and DMV offices
- Must ensure that 10 calls are handled per hour
- Must possess 2-3 years experience in customer care setting
- Must be knowledgeable with MS Office Suite and comfortable using the computer and internet
- Must have high speed internet access
