iPhone/Android Editors

Company is seeking editors with a passion for the iPhone and Android.  Candidates should be familiar enough with these products to write about them daily.  This is a telecommute position.  Candidates should be local to the San Francisco Bay area.

iPhone Editor Requirements:
- Must be passionate about the iPhone platform/hardware/AppStore
- Must be familiar with current iPhone news and rumors
- Must demonstrate knowledge of iPhone hardware technical specifications
- Must be familiar with iPhone AppStore (with iTunes account)
- Must have experience with iPhone apps
- Must demonstrate solid writing skills and the ability to write with clarity and wit (must provide writing samples)
- Must be willing to travel to Menlo Park/Palo Alto at least once a week.  

Android Editor Requirements:
- Must be passionate about the Android platform and various Android hardware
-  Preferably an Android user
-  Must be familiar with current Android rumors and news
-  Must be familiar with hardware specifications for various Android smart phones.
-  Must be familiar with Android Market
-  Must have experience with Android apps
- Must demonstrate solid writing skills and the ability to write with clarity and wit (must provide writing samples).
-  Must be willing to travel to Menlo Park/Palo Alto at least once a week.

Bonus Skills:
- Past experience with iPhone-related blogging
- Experience with jail breaking/unlocking
- iPhone development experience
- Past experience with Android-related blogging  
- Experience with Android jailbreak
- iPhone development experience
- Established relationships with mobile industry contacts and PR
- Working familiarity with PhotoShop and video editing software
- Owning your own digital camera (DSLR preferred) and/or HD video camera
