Marketing Assistant

Real estate firm is looking to hire an experienced Marketing Assistant to assist with recruiting real estate agents and developing clients for firm's top producer. This is a telecommute position.  Some work may need to be done in the office.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Database management
- Data entry
- Researching via web and telephone for contact/prospect information
- Calling clients/prospects and setting appointments
- Calling clients/prospects and asking specific questions
- Calling recruiting prospects and informing them about our company
- Taking notes
- Mail merging

Candidate must have the following skills:
- Must have professional presence
- Must have the ability to interact with people over the phone with confidence
