Real Estate E-lead Manager

Real estate company is seeking a professional, mature, licensed real estate agent to make initial and follow up phone calls to Internet leads.  Calls must be made on a timely basis.  You must have the ability to develop, nurture and build rapport with leads via telephone and email conversations. It's your job to manage leads and agents who receive leads, through a sophisticated back office system. This is a work from home position.

Ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Must have an active Florida Real Estate License
- Must have an outgoing, energetic personality
- Must have a professional telephone demeanor
- Must possess a good knowledge of computers
- Must have solid knowledge of Excel and Word
- Must be patient and be able to make phone calls and work on the computer all day
- Must have strong knowledge of the Sarasota/Bradenton/Venice area

Location: Work from home
Compensation: Hourly pay: $12.00 plus performance bonuses
