Home Based Mortgage Prequalification Agent

A residential real estate and mortgage broker, is seeking a home-based customer service agent to conduct prequalification interviews with company clients for approximately 10 hours each month. In this role, you will contact company clients that have requested to be pre-approved for a home mortgage, collect application data, and provide all application data and supporting documents to an in house underwriter for response. There is no selling in this role you are only responsible to collect application data.

Mortgage industry experience is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization skills and a pleasant and professional telephone presence.

Compensation is $25 per hour and you can set your own schedule.
