Part-Time Field Network Analyst
Houston based computer networking company has an immediate opening for a part-time (20 hours per week) field service network analyst. The ideal candidate MUST live in the Corpus Christi area, but will travel to The Valley and Victoria/Port Lavaca to service accounts in these areas. This is a WORK FROM HOME position. You will work independently. We need to fill this position by December 1st. Interviews will be conducted November 23rd. MUST have a reliable transportation.
Company was established in 1996. We provide IT managed services to financial institutions and small mid-size businesses in Texas and Louisiana. We install & support Microsoft, Cisco, HP, IBM, McAfee, Symantec, Computer Associates, Websense, VMware and APC just to name a few.
We are seeking a network analyst to maintain networks in South Texas. Must have three years of IT consulting experience. Customer relationship skills are essential. Job will require 75% travel. Job will require broad skill set for maintaining networks for multiple mid-size companies.
Technical skills:

Windows 2003/2008 Server
MS Small Business Server 2003/2008
Exchange Server 2003/2007
Advance Deployment & Management of Active Directory
Network Security & Management
Optional skills include:
SQL, IIS, ISA
Cisco IOS (Switches, PIX Firewalls, and IDS)
Symantec Backup Exec
Computer Associates eTrust & Brightstore Products
Websense
Advance troubleshooting skills
Education:
College graduate greatly preferred. Microsoft and Cisco certifications are highly desirable. Microsoft and Cisco certifications are not required to start but are required for consideration for advancement.
