Experienced Web Designer Needed

Corporation is looking for a HIGHLY experienced Web Designer to join our team.

Must have at least 4-5 years experience working in the web design and development field.
Must be fluent in Adobe software
Must use Current Design trends and understand how that plays into usability on the web.
Experience with CSS, Javascript, JQuery, etc. is a huge plus.
Any other web marketing experience is a plus!
Must have excellent social/communication skills as most jobs require some sort of client communication.
Must be willing to work from home at first and eventually move into main office space as we are setting up a branch office here in Minneapolis.
Must have own computer and software at first.
Must have video conference capabilities on your own computer (skype or ichat) for communication.
