Evening / Weekend Customer Care Agent

Position is full time, temporary to hire opportunity. The temporary to hire period may last over a year.
As an evening / weekend Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for taking inbound calls, processing customer orders that range from simple to complex, resolving issues, and providing solutions. Candidates are provided equipment after training period and will work from home.
Salary $15.30 per hour.
For consideration, candidate will possess:
5+ years of recent order processing or customer service experience preferably in an inbound customer service role processing orders of a complex nature
Ability to work every weekend and several nights or days during the week - after the initial training period the candidate will work weekend and evening shift from home
Experience handling difficult customer service situations
Stable job tenure
Very proficient computer skills - Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
Lotus Notes and Internet
Typing 40+ wpm
Exceptional communication skills
Team Player with a positive attitude
Dependable - candidates MUST be able to work weekends and during the evenings
