Virtual Assistant for Internet Business
Looking for a virtual assistant to perform miscellaneous tasks for real estate website.
Company that sells real estate-related products and courses is looking for an assistant to work from home to perform these tasks:
1. Answer incoming calls and take orders for products/handle customer service issues
2. Fulfill certain online orders which require processing first
3. Contact customers with failed pay plans to re-establish payments
4. Perform weekly bookkeeping (system with documentation already in place)
5. Monitor online advertising results as per instructions
6. Become familiar with products and answer product-related questions
7. Respond to customer service and product inquiry emails
8. Miscellaneous duties which will arise from time-to-time
You must be available during business hours to answer calls most of the time. Certain other duties (such as bookkeeping) can be performed at flexible hours.
Perfect candidate will have some sales, customer service, bookkeeping, and internet experience or aptitude.
Expect 20-30 hours per week to start, then 40+ hours or flat-rate weekly contract from there.
