Service Coordinator
Company that specializes in working with adults/children with developmental disabilities is seeking Service Coordinators to assist individuals. This is a work from home position.
Job responsibilities include:
- Advocating for the client’s needs
- Assisting with obtaining referrals for services
- Linking individuals to needed community resources
- Documenting contacts with the individual
- Writing a yearly plan of services
Ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Must have a degree in a human service field
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be prompt in completing Medicaid paperwork
Location: Work from home
Compensation: $18-22/hr
