BP Writer/Researcher, Data Miner, Strategy Consultant

We are looking for a research-oriented individual to help us build a
business plan. In order for us to ascertain your capabilities in finding and
extracting the needed data, please provide us with the following:

1. What are the industry turnover rates in the following sectors: IT Sales,
Financial Sales, Pharmaceutical Sales, etc.? You can give case-specific
examples(i.e. Turnover rates at a sales division within IBM or any other
F500 firm) or provide general industry figures.
2. The productivity of each salesperson within each industry, if such
figures are available (irrespective of which sales division they work in, as
long as it's in sales).
3. A breakdown of salary+bonus+commission+cost of training, managing,
hiring, and any other costs involved with maintaining a SINGLE sales
employee in the example you provide or in any other organization pertaining
to a sales person.
4. Average turnover rate (the rate at which people leave the company)
within the first 1/2 year(s) in the IT Sales division.
5. Please also provide the overall IT industry average.

The more details you provide us with, the better. YOU MUST ALSO PROVIDE
SOURCES.


 About GSI: We are a start-up BPO company specializing in Outsourced Sales,
Marketing and Strategic Consultancy. We are in need of someone that's detail
and research oriented in order to mine and gather information to help us put
together a proper business plan. We have a rough idea of the information we
want/need. But we would like for someone with previous experience in writing
business plans to mine and research certain data and put it all together in
a presentable manner.

Therefore, candidate must possess the following set of qualifications:

1. Previous experience in writing BP's.

2. Superior command of written English.

3. Must be research-oriented.

4. Must have strong understanding of business and marketing concepts.

5. Must be dedicated to achieving goals on time.

6. MUST BE ABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOVE

I am looking to spend $500-1000 for a completed project. The hours would depend on the proficiency level of applicant.
