Customer Service Representatives

Fast growing, creative company is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join its team. This is a work from home position, but must be able to  meet at the office in Durham, NC one to two hours per week.

Job responsibilities:
- Inbound/Outbound customer service calls
- Resolution of customer problems
- Updating information into our computer systems
- Building strong relationships with co-workers and clients
 
Ideal candidate must possess the following:
- Must be experienced working from home and have the ability to work independently
- Must be proficient using the computer and internet, specifically Internet Explorer
- Must possess a strong work ethic and exceptional character
- Must be detail oriented
-  Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to easily adapt to a constantly evolving workplace
- Must be a team player
- Must have ad industry or design industry experience
- Must have a demonstrated history of punctuality and job attendance
- Must be able to document work clearly
