Customer Support Representative
Temporary Customer Support Representative needed to assist a global games network. Candidate will be responsible for responding to customer support incidents via phone and email, answering billing questions, playing games to verify customer reports and participate and moderate our game forum. This is a partial telecommute position.
Ideal candidate must have the following skills:
- Must be able to work well independently
- Must have the ability to respond clearly and courteously to customer inquiries
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have a solid working knowledge of Windows and PCs, including how to download, install, and uninstall software in Windows.
- Must have a solid working knowledge of web browsers, internet security settings, and common problems associated with both
- Must be able to provide general technical troubleshooting
- Must be a quick learner and research issues without asking someone for the answer
Desired Qualifications:
- Some college completed
- Prior technical and/or customer support experience.
- Strong desire to work in the computer or game industry.
