Blood Glucose Clinical Manager

Position is available for a Blood Glucose Clinical Manager who is a Certified Diabetes Educator to work from home office. Candidate will be responsible for providing blood glucose management for company’s insulin pump therapy patients, coordinating services with patient’s healthcare provider and local clinical manager, providing community diabetes programs in specific territories, and providing weekend coverage for management team as required.

• Must possess an RN Degree with a minimum of an Associate’s Degree
• Must be licensed in multiple states or have the ability to become licensed
• Must be a Certified Diabetes Educator
• Must be a certified insulin pump trainer with 2+ years of knowledge
• Must be experienced with changing patient dosage
• Must have outstanding communication, organization, multitasking, time management, and computer skills
• Must be able to work on-call as needed on weekends
• Must be able to travel for community programs and company/physician meetings
