Company is seeking a Technical Recruiter to work from home searching for the best engineering employees across the globe.
- Must have 0-2 years of recruiting experience; strong internet searching skills; and the ability to match candidates with positions and sell their strengths while managing excellent communications between candidates and employers
- Must be able to set up interviews
- Must be competitive, resourceful, and be able to maintain and document all communications within database
- Background in Recruiting is a bonus
Location: Work From Home/DC
Compensation: $32k + commission + benefits
