HTML Developer/Web Master
Online business web service is looking for a person with experience, intelligence, and maturity. The position requires you to quickly and accurately put together websites and blogs. It also requires you to work with the company's multiple online shopping cart systems setting up autoresponder sequences, back-end integrations, and API tie-ins. You must be able to respond promptly to requests from internal personnel, some partners, and outside personnel. You will help ensure a quick turnaround time on quality website pages that are written in clean efficient code and make sure up to date project plans are done for each project.

Needed Skills:

- an expert in HTML, Wordpress, CSS, Joomlah, PHP and Javascript (before an interview, you will be tested on all of these so please only respond if you are comfortable with all of them)
- be making sales pages with banners on the top and bottom of the pages
- need to be able to do basic Photoshop from templates, make sure pages are small and efficient and open up quickly across with cross-platform browser support
- Streaming video is important for our business- have experience with FLV, YouTube, and customized video players (we have video editors on-staff so you will not be editing video)
- Experience creating a large number of sites, quickly
- ability to re-use existing code and things you've already done to shorten the development lifecycle is a must to help quick turnaround times
- experience with direct-response marketing website
- understand such concepts as squeeze/lead pages, opt-in boxes, sales pages, thank-you pages, etc.
- be committed to learning new skills
- understand what sales pages look like and how they are set up- understanding that beauty is of second importance and that functionality is always the first priority
- experience with using online shopping carts and CRM Systems- these types of systems include Salesforce.com, AWeber, InfusionCRM, 1ShoppingCart, Send Pepper, etc.
- must be able to type at least 50 wpm

Hours: 20-30 hours per week, to eventually Full-Time, flexible schedule
Compensation: pay is commensurate with experience and expertise with specific skill sets cited above
