Remote after Training Period - Customer Service

Company seeks remote Customer Service Representative for this work from home position.  On-site training for 3 to 4 months is required in Laval, PQ Quebec, Canada.  Candidate will respond to incoming phone calls in French and English, emails, and faxes.  Representative will also resolve related issues and service concerns.

Qualifications for this position include:

• utilizing AS/400 system, Microsoft Office, and extended warranty procedures
• ability to work any schedule in 7 days a week, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 
• willingness to complete 3 or 4 months of training in Laval, PQ Quebec Canada
• ability to provide broadband internet service (computer and monitor will be provided)
