Work-At-Home Temporary Customer Support
Website seeks members for its Customer Service team. These members can work at home. These candidates must resident in Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, and Virginia.
Some other requirements include:
- be extremely computer literate and have own PC with reliable high speed internet access
- able to type at least 35 words per minute is a must
- previous experience in call center preferred
- must be at least 18 years old with high school diploma or GED
- must have strong basic math skilss
- internet access must be cable or DSL - no wireless or satellite - and be VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol)
- upload speed at least 500 kbps and download speed at least 1.5 mbps
- have a processor speed at least 1.8 GHz with minimum of Pentium 4 processor or equivalent
- have at least 1GB RAM, sound card with speakers, 17" flat panel display recommended, and 15" minimum
- dedicated telephone line able to disable features, such as call waiting, forward, etc. No cell/wireless phones.
- digital telephones and VoIP telephones are permitted as alternate phone lines - no Magic Jack or similar services
- must have corded phone with headset capability - no cordless phones
- must have USB (PC compatible) headset with built-in digital signal processor with noise-cancelling mic
- also need a good quality telephone headset compatible with landline phone as well
- must have Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 operating system, Internet Explorer 6.0 or above, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Winzip, and Adobe Acrobat reader
- valid antivirus software with current updates, battery backup
