Summary Description:

The primary objective of this position is to lead the world wide team of account managers to iClientease profitable revenue growth globally within the McDonald’s system. This individual will also perform the account manager duties for the United Stated and Canada , for the McDonald’s account. This position will be responsible for setting the processes and procedures of how CLIENT will work with McDonald’s world wide.



The Account Manager is accountable for building relationships within all levels of McDonald’s. In this role, the Account Manager is the key interface in defining customer needs and CLIENT’s ability to meet those needs through Retail solutions. They serve as the liaison between the customer and CLIENT in regards to Retail issues for new customer escalating any roadblocks to securing the business. Responsible for proposing and closing deals in the above mentioned solutions.



This position requires strong customer management skills, ability to build customer relationships through consultative selling and promoting customer confidence in CLIENT and Retail-focused on the development of new business opportunities in allowing us to aggressively penetrate McDonald’s, leading to long term business relationships.

This position is located in Chicago and is a virtual work from home position. Relocation available for the right candidate.



Preferences

Retail industry knowledge preferable
Ability to develop senior level business relationships with account prospects
Experience in selling software/applications a plus
Minimum of 3-5 years of prior sales/prospecting experience preferred
