Language Assessment Specialist

TeleTech, a global BPO (Business Process Outsourcer) is currently looking for a qualified professional to add to our Learning and Development team. This is a part-time (30/hr), remote position.

Responsibilities:
• Rate and report applicant’s conversational ability through assessments of recorded applicant responses to pre-recorded questions (Communications & Competencies)
• Determine what competency level applicants demonstrate in spoken American English through review of voice recordings to ensure client/TeleTech selection standards are maintained
Prior experience teaching or evaluating spoken English is required. Experience working in a call center environment is a plus.

$13.50/hour
