Looking for a part-time to full-time, work-from-home job with a dynamic startup? We’re looking for a bright, motivated self-starter with a sincere interest in working directly with the executive team to build a great company.

We offer a unique web-based time and expense solution that saves our customers both time and money. We are growing rapidly and are looking for a customer support representative to ensure our growing customer base continues to be successful with our product. The job includes conducting WebEx demos, guiding customers through the software setup process and providing Tier 1 phone support during normal business hours.

We expect there to be a varying amount of downtime between support calls and scheduled customer demos and installs. Our ideal candidate has other at-home commitments but can be available as needed during the day.

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary and health coverage.

Preferred skills:
Clear verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Web-meeting experience
Familiarity with timesheets and/or expense reports
Basic understanding of accounting
Experience with QuickBooks, Peachtree or other accounting software
