Meeting Planner/Admin

This is a part-to-full time, work from home web manager/meeting planner position for a 501c3 non-profit.

Anticipated compensation is $15 per hour. You'd be responsible for staying on-call for a specified number of hours per week to field inquiries, answer emails, and coordinate a response to all callers. We currently hold 2 meetings per year in the Boston area. You would be expected to attennd the meetings and manage registrations and so forth at the front desk.

In addition to Admin responsibilities IT skills are highly desireable. If you needed training in something like Dreamweaver, we'd provide that through Lynda.com.

Our meeting planners contact speakers and sponsors to gather agenda items into a compiled agenda. They work with Kinkos and print houses to have course matrials made up. They work with travel agents to book travel for our VIP attendees. They do limited marketing, scheduling mail campaigns and so forth.
